The Oklahoma Higher Education Employee Insurance Group (OKHEEI) option period enrollment is open. During the option period you can change plans (high option/basic option), add additional available coverage (dental and/or vision), add dependents, etc. The only way to change coverage any other time during the year is for the employee to have a qualifying event. If you choose not to make changes to your coverage please mark your form No Change, complete your name, sign, date, keep a copy of the form for your records and forward the form to the HR office. If you choose to make changes to your coverage mark the appropriate boxes on the form and you must return the form to the HR office no later than November 4, 2012. Employees who choose to make changes, but fail to return their form by the due date will miss the opportunity to make any changes until January of 2014. Any change will become effective on January 1, 2013 and any change in withholding from your pay will be on the December 31st, 2012 payroll.
